Your CD collection's gone, and now you've got your music stashed on flash storage devices or in your MP3 player. Blaupunkt designed the Brisbane SD48 digital media receiver for you, with all the inputs you'll ever need for getting connected to your music. (This receiver will not play CDs.) Slip an SD card loaded with music files into the handy front-panel slot, or attach a USB thumb drive or other storage device to the included USB cable. An inexpensive optional adapter accesses your iPod's music while keeping it charged. You'll find an auxiliary input, on the front, for connecting a plug-and-play satellite radio, your buddy's MP3 player, or any other audio sources. Add Blaupunkt's optional Bluetooth adapter and take cell phone calls through your stereo system when you're on the highway. The Brisbane's powerful internal amp and versatile 3-band equalizer will make all your digital music sound sweet. Two sets of preamp outputs provide amplifier and subwoofer expansion possibilities. And, for the ultimate in customization, you can scan through over 4,000 available colors to pick the illumination that matches your vehicle's dash lighting. Note: This receiver will not play CDs. If you're going to use your iPod with this receiver, be sure to check "Hands-on Research" for specific iPod model compatibility with this receiver or its optional iPod adapter.
